Jodi is
awesome! I've had chronic neck and upper back pain for years and
just a few visits has made a big difference for me. She really
worked hard to find my trouble spots and get to know my body...
something that other massage therapists simply did not do. She's
strong... she knows the body well... and she is truly devoted to
helping people. Now that my neck and upper back is not as tight,
I'm climbing harder and enjoying my days of beach volleyball a lot
more!

 If you are an athlete,
DEEP MUSCLE,
SPORTS MASSAGE can do wonders for
your performance!
Top
athletes around the world are relying on massage as an important part of
their training regimen, so why aren't you?
Deep Muscle Sports
Massage can:
-
Relieve aches and pains
-
Restore suppleness and
elasticity in muscles
-
Relax your body & mind
-
Reduce chance of injury
-
Soften scar tissue due to past
injuries
-
Improve circulation and remove toxins
-
Improve your recovery times
-
Increase range of motion
-
Improve performance
I understand
that athletes require different treatments at different times.
-
Pre-event: For Pre-Event you need a quick treatment that will be an
adjunct to your warm-up, to increase your circulation and flexibility,
and leave your muscles resilient and ready to go.
-
Post-Event: For Post-Event you need a massage that will increase your
circulation to speed the removal of fatigue toxins, relieve your
muscle spasms and prevent soreness.
-
Fine-tuning: For regular Fine-tuning you need a massage that will
search out the areas of biomechanical stress in your muscles and
relieve them, before they become problems, enabling you to train
harder and more consistently.
-
Injury
Rehabilitation: For Injury Rehab. You need a massage that will speed
your healing, increase your range of motion and reduce scar tissue to
allow the muscle to expand/contract normally.
